onpointbrewery.com provides documentation, specifications, and ordering channels for commercial pasteurization systems, CIP skids, and rotary drum filtration units. All equipment is intended for licensed breweries and beverage producers operating under the Excise Act of Canada. No legal or engineering consulting is offered through this site.

You agree to provide accurate contact and business information when requesting quotes or placing orders. You are responsible for verifying that the equipment you purchase meets your local building codes, electrical standards, and Excise Act bonding requirements. onpointbrewery.com and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment, including loss of production, product spoilage, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific unit giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website and any pending orders if you violate these terms, provide false information, or attempt to circumvent export controls or Excise Act compliance checks. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
